All products sold on Cell Arena are preloved (previously owned) Apple devices that have been thoroughly inspected, tested, and graded according to their condition. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and condition grades for all products. However, as these are preloved items, minor cosmetic imperfections may exist and will be disclosed in the product description.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

We accept payment through Stripe and other secure payment methods. All payment information is processed securely, and we do not store your credit card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We ship to addresses worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier service issues beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in the same condition as when received.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or not as described. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

All preloved products are sold "as is" with the condition grade clearly stated. While we thoroughly test all devices, we cannot guarantee that preloved products will be free from all defects. Any manufacturer warranties that remain valid will be transferred to you where applicable.

Cell Arena provides a 30-day warranty on all products covering functional defects. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cell Arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
