Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in like-new condition without signs of use, damage, or wear. Any physical damage beyond normal shipping wear will make the item ineligible for return.

What Can Be Returned

Unopened and unused items are eligible for return. If an item has been opened or used, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Defective Items

Items with manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or full refund regardless of the return window, provided the defect is reported within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

All Apple products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty options are available at checkout.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased at a discount or clearance price may have limited return eligibility. Screen protectors and tempered glass are non-returnable once removed from packaging.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is covered for defective items; otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
